Inclusive walk and talk

Due to recent government advice, all walks are postponed until further notice, however, parks and open spaces will remain open for people to exercise individually.

Come and enjoy a breath of fresh air at one of our weekly walks in Valentines park. These inclusive activities are open to people living with dementia, mental health illness, disabilities, cancer and stroke survivors (no matter the stage). Come along with carers, friends or family (children welcome) and join us for a gentle stroll. The walks are run by fully trained friendly Walk Leaders and provide a chance for you to socialise and participate in small activities at a pace that suits you.
