Help shape the future – Redbridge 2025

Published: 2 October 2017

Redbridge Council  wants your help with shaping the future of Redbridge.

Earlier this year we asked our residents what they value about living in Redbridge, what they would like Redbridge to be like in the future and what are two things that they think would improve Redbridge by 2025.

Building on the feedback received, we have drawn up three possible scenarios for Redbridge’s future. The scenarios do not try to paint an ideal picture of a future Redbridge, but instead to act as a way of sparking discussion around what opportunities there are for us as a Borough.

We’ve been hosting events designed to give us an opportunity to explore these scenarios in detail with residents and key partners.

If you've been unable to take part in the events, please get involved by taking our survey.

Cllr Jas Athwal, Leader of Redbridge Council, said: “We know there is huge interest in Redbridge’s future from those who live and work here, and we need to work closely together to develop our plans for Redbridge 2025.

“I really encourage everyone who is interested in the helping to shape the future of Redbridge to get involved by taking part in our survey.”
