Garages located on council estates may be rented by council tenants, leaseholders and private individuals for the purpose of storing a vehicle only.
£15.10 to £22.66 for council tenants and leaseholders (no VAT is payable)
£18.12 to £27.19 for private residents and anyone with a second garage (including VAT)

Rent a parking space
There are a limited number of parking spaces available to rent on the following council estates:
- Gardner Close, E11 2HW
- Heathcote Court, IG5 0QP
- Gaysham Hall, IG5 0ER
- Beehive Court, IG1 3RR
If you live on any of the above estates you are eligible to apply. However, there is currently a waiting list on all sites.
The weekly charge is £1.17 to £2.60
