Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment consultation
The Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) is an assessment of needs for pharmaceutical services in the area which must be revised every three years. The assessment includes a review of the population health needs as well as the existing pharmacy provision. The document sets out what services are currently offered, and assesses whether these meet current and future needs of Redbridge Residents. The consultation seeks to ensure the accuracy of the information presented and that the conclusions are appropriate.
In November and December 2021, we put out a public survey to ask residents their views and experiences in using their pharmacy. Feedback from the survey has been included in the pharmaceutical needs assessment report.
We are now asking for views on the Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment report. Your answers to our consultation will again feed into the final PNA, to be published by 1st October 2022.
