If you have completed your paper naturalisation application form to become a British Citizen, you can use NCS to submit your paper application form and supporting documents.
During the appointment, we will check your application form, photocopy and certify your supporting documents and send it to the Home Office by Royal Mail special delivery. Please note you are not able to apply for your passport during your NCS appointment.
Please make sure you have your completed application form and all supporting documentation with you when you attend your appointment.

This service will no longer be available after Monday 31 December 2018. For more information see UKVI front end service below.

UKVI have set up an Assisted Digital support service that is available to customers who do not have the appropriate access, skills or confidence to complete an online application form. The Assisted Digital Service aims to ensure that nobody is excluded from making an immigration application due to lack of digital skills or access to a computer. Eligible customers are offered telephone support, or face to face support at a library or their home, to help them access and complete the online form. This service does not provide immigration advice. For more information and contact details for the Assisted Digital service visit gov.uk
