Following a review of our resident engagement opportunities we are recruiting a new Resident Influence and Scrutiny Panel. Although applications to join the panel have now closed, we will be publicising further information about the new panel and, in addition, local resident engagement events shortly.

Our Annual Resident Conferences are a great opportunity to hear and feedback on key business updates affecting you and your home and hear from some of our Executive Team, colleagues from across the Housing Service and guest speakers. This year we are holding separate events for Tenants and Leaseholders.
The conferences have been arranged by our Resident Engagement Team in collaboration with our Resident Housing Panel, to make sure that we have resident voices at the heart of our decision making. We want to hear your voices and opinions about what matters to you, your experience being a resident and how we could improve on the service we give you.
The conference offers a full programme of opportunities to get involved.
