Registration Instructions for the Online Portal

Welcome to our online portal, which allows you to manage your Council Tax. To link your Council Tax account to your Redbridge account, please ensure you have your Redbridge account login details and your Council Tax account reference number, found on your latest Council Tax bill or email.

Here’s how to register based on your current status with Redbridge:

I already have a Redbridge account and know my Council Tax reference number:

1. Visit the Redbridge Council Tax page. If you're already logged in you must first sign out.
2. Select “Manage your council tax account online.”
3. Choose “Register to use additional Council Tax services” and log in with your Redbridge credentials.
4. Follow the portal’s registration instructions and click ‘next’ to complete the process.

I don't have a Redbridge account but I do know my Council Tax reference number:

1. Click ‘Sign-Up’ at the top right of the page and complete the registration for your online account.
2. Log in and fill out your profile with your name, address, and phone number, then save.
3. Navigate back to the Redbridge Council Tax page and select “Manage your council tax account online.”
4. Click on “Register to use additional Council Tax services” to proceed to the Online portal and complete your registration.

If you’re moving into Redbridge:

1. Go to the Redbridge Council Tax Home page.
2. Click “Manage your Council Tax account online.”
3. Select “View change of address services” and then “I am moving into the borough”, complete the necessary details, and note your Council Tax reference.
4. Follow the steps under “I don't have a Redbridge account but I do know my Council Tax reference number” from Step 1 to Step 4.
