Travel Plans and New Developments (Buildings)

Any new development within the Borough will require, by law, a travel plan.  Any existing development that is changing its use, or extending its buildings, will require a plan. 

This process usually occurs through normal planning procedure, or via Development Control.

There can be a charge associated with these developments for officer time, which is variable depending on the size of the development.
