How much is a penalty charge notice?
A Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) - commonly called a 'parking
ticket or fine' - is issued when a driver parks a vehicle in
contravention of the parking and traffic regulations.
The charges for
PCNs
are not set by individual councils, but by a London-wide body
called London Councils. PCN charges changed across London
changed on 1 July 2007, with drivers
penalised according to the seriousness of the contravention.

has been captured by Closed
Circuit Television Camera (CCTV)
