Community Care Advice Centre (CCAC)
The
Community Care Advice Centre offers adults (aged over 18)
information, help and advice about adult care and
support.

Housing Advice Centre
Provides comprehensive information for visitors or people
contacting the housing service by telephone.

Wednesday 1 pm to 4 pm

One Stop Shop
Front line service offering advice and
information direct to the public on all council services.
One Stop Shop opening hours
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8:45 am to 4:30 pm
Wednesday 9:30 am to 4:30 pm
Planning Duty Planner - due to summertime staffing
shortages the duty planner service will run in the morning session
only, ending at 12.45. Regular full-time service will resume in
September.

Council Tax,Business Rates, Welfare Benefit & Student
Support.
