The library on-line catalogue gives you easy access to all the items in stock (books, music, videos, etc) at any Redbridge library - plus those in the following boroughs: Havering, Wandsworth, Waltham Forest, Barking & Dagenham and Richmond.

Searching the catalogue

1. Click the Search the catalogue link in the menu on the left hand side of the on-line library page.
2. Enter a key word or term into the Search for box.  This could be the title of a book or video, or the name of an author.
3. Select which library you wish to search using the At drop down list.  By default all branches, in all boroughs will be searched.
4. Click the Seach button.

You can restrict the search in further ways:

1. To search only for items of a certain type click the relevant tab above the Search for box, e.g. Books, Language Course, Maps, Spoken word, Films, or Music.
2. To seach by title, author or ISBN number select the relevant link from the menu on the left hand side of the page.
   • Redbridge libraries only
   • Media in a specific language
   • Junior items only

Other facilities

The menu on the left hand side of the page also allows you to join the library, and if you are already a member you can log on using your library card number and PIN to:

• Renew items
• Reserve items
• Manage your library account
• Look at a history of items you have borrowed
• Create a wish list of items you would like to borrow
