FAQ for Service User Consultation | Contact for Service User Consultation

The Supporting People Programme in Redbridge funds a range of support services to different service user groups in the community. It is therefore important that the Supporting People team work in consultation with the people to whom services are provided.

The Redbridge Supporting People team have developed a Service User Involvement Strategy and Consultation Plan (PDF 80kb) which states how and when we are involving service users in different ways. We have completed a survey, to gather views from service users (PDF 124kb) and service providers, and the results can be found in the ‘We Asked – You Said’ section of the Winter 2006 newsletter.

If you have any ideas or good examples about how service users can be involved in the programme, please contact the Redbridge Supporting People Team

We have also developed a Communication Plan (PDF 124kb) which states generally why and when we are going to communicate with a range of people such as providers, council officers, health officers, probation officers, advocacy groups, carers and service users.
