Redbridge LSCB has a Strategic Board and seven Executive Safeguarding Groups (ESGs) which feed into and are accountable to the Board. The Board is accountable to the Director of Children's Services. Child at nursery

The Strategic Board has Terms of Reference, an Action Plan and Membership. Each Executive Safeguarding Group (ESG) also has its own Terms of Reference, Work Programme and Membership. 

Members of Redbridge LSCB are senior indviduals within their organisation who have a strategic role in relation to safeguarding and promoting children. They should be able to speak for and commit their organisation on policy and practice matters, and hold their organisation to account.
