In the first instance, if you need medical advice you should contact your GP's surgery. The GP or practice nurse will be able to treat you or refer you to a range of health services provided by Redbridge Primary Care Trust ( PCT ), designed to meet your health needs.

You can also go straight into NHS Choices, enter your postcode, and find the nearest GP , dentist or optician or pharmacist to where you live.
