In the first instance, if you need medical advice you should contact your GP's surgery. The GP or practice nurse will be able to treat you or refer you to a range of health services provided by Redbridge Primary Care Trust ( PCT ), designed to meet your health needs.Redbridge PCT

If you are not registered with a GP , you can click on services on the PCT 's website which also has an A-Z section to help find what you are looking for.

You can also go straight into NHS Choices, enter your postcode, and find the nearest GP , dentist or optician or pharmacist to where you live.

Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)

For more general help or advice about health services in Redbridge, please contact the PALS . The PALS service is there to provide you with

information and advice about NHS services. And if you have a problem with services they will do their best to sort it out.

They are on duty 9.30 am to 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday (answerphone outside those hours).
