Families Information Direct send out a short
questionnaire to all of our customers to ask what they think of the
service we have provided and for any ideas they may have to improve
the service.
Four times a year we also write out to all parents who have
contacted us looking for childcare across the course of the
previous month to find out about their experiences of finding
childcare in Redbridge - the childcare survey.
Of the people who gave us feedback between in
November 2007:
- 97% said that they would recommend our
service to others
- 97% said that overall our service is good or
excellent
