Man sitting down.Redbridge Community Care Services offer a number of services to help you live independently in your home.

If you want to stay at home but are finding it difficult, we can provide home carers to help you with your personal care needs.  Alternatively, you can arrange home care for yourself through our direct payments scheme.

To find out if you can receive any help in your home, we need to carry out an assessment of what your needs are and the needs of any family members (carers) who provide care for you.

The services we provide are only available to people who are assessed as needing a service.

For more information on how we assess you, please call the CCAC.
