Community Care Advice

The Community Care Advice Centre (CCAC) is the first port of call for anyone aged over the age of 18, wanting information and advice for adult care and support.

Referrals can be made by service users, next of kin and other care professionals working in social care or occupational therapy services.

To make a referral please ring the CST on 020 8708 7333 from 8.30 am to 5 pm (Monday to  Friday) or contact us by fax on 020 8503 8198.

Please do not use this number for enquiries about blue badges, freedom passes or the mobility card scheme.

The CCAC reception is open to members of the public between 9 am to 4.30 pm (Monday to Friday).
