Community Care

The main aim of Community Care is to help people live with dignity in their own own homes and communities as independently as possible.

We are here to help:

• older people
• people with a physical or sensory disability
• people with a mental health problem
• people with HIV/Aids
• carers.

Learning Disability Partnership

The Learning Disability Partnership is a unique arrangement with the London Boroughs of Redbridge and Waltham Forest, and the Primary Care Trusts of both boroughs, coming together to create a formal Partnership.

We are here to help:

• people with a learning disability.

This Partnership will provide cross-borough specialist services for people with a learning disability and their carers.
