If you are a risk of losing your job or have recently lost your job there is advice and information on the web

  • The government's direct.gov website has a whole section devoted to redundancy.  The website contains information regarding your rights, selections, notice periods, pay and a whole lot more.
  • The Citizens Advice Bureau have information on their website- Adviceguide.org.uk about redundancy and employment issues.
  • If your employee cannot or will not make a redundancy payment you can seek further advice by calling 0845 145 0004 and checking out the government's insolvancy service.
