Following the recent closure of Ilford Pool, 
Redbridge currently has one indoor pool at Fullwell Cross,
Barkingside, which is managed by "Vision" - Redbridge Culture and
Leisure who are a non-profit distributing
organisation.
Swimming lessons
A comprehensive range of lessons for children and adults
from beginner level to advanced. Lessons are available for groups,
one-to-one and in school holidays crash course for intensive
tuition.
- Health and fitness
A gym within the pool
complex. Experienced staff are on hand to tailor an exercise
programme just for you and to help you achieve your fitness-related
goals, at any level. Membership is available on a pay and play,
monthly or annual basis, the most affordable fitness in the
area.
- Fitness classes
Designed to help you meet your fitness goals and ranging from
aerobiking to yoga.
- Sauna or vapour room and sunbeds
The sauna or vapour rooms are ideal for relaxing and letting go of
worries. Single-sex sessions are available. The sunbeds offer fast
tanning, for an all-year-round healthy look. Sessions can be booked
individually or you can save money with a multi-session
ticket
- Adventure activities
Special holiday fun is provided to keep children occupied - all
part of a value-for-money activities programme that also includes
formal coached sporting activities at Redbridge playing
fields.
- Crèche
Safe and welcoming childcare facilities are available during the
daytime weekdays so that parents can take part in
swimming, gym, fitness class or recreation morning
sessions.
- Café
Reward yourself after your hard work
with a snack, drink or main meal - or just relax in the calm
environment.
- Beauty and health studio
where many treatments, including waxing, massage and facials, are
available.
