Fairlop Waters

Fairlop Waters offers the angler a choice of two waters. A three and a half acre lake with a large head of Carp. This lake also offers Tench and Bream up to ten pounds. A disabled angling platform is in place with wheelchair access.

The sailing lake, which covers an area of 38 acres, is also available for night fishing. This lake has a large head of Carp, Roach, Bream, Perch and Pike varying size with some specimens up to 30lbs.

Season tickets are available which cover both lakes and secure parking is available on site. Toilets and refreshments are available from the licensed bar adjacent to the sailing lake.

Hainault Forest Country Park

Angling on Hainault Forest Country Park lake is managed by Hollow Angling Ltd. Day tickets are £5.00 each and may be purchased from the bailiff on duty. Night fishing is not permitted, neither are barbed hooks floating bait or keep nets.

During the summer, The Hollow Angling Society run Junior Angling events for children aged between 8-14 years.  If you would like to go on the mailing list for this activity, please contact the Country Park Office.

An Environment Agency License is required for all anglers aged 13 or over. They can be purchased from any Post Office.
