Every year in February and March dance fever takes
over Redbridge with the launch of the Dance Festival.
Always energetic and colourful the festival celebrates
the richness and diversity of our borough and brings you an
exciting selection of performances, from ballet to traditional folk
dances from around the world and gives our different community
groups the chance to showcase their work in a professional
environment.
This year the Dance Festival celebrated its seventeenth year,
and was a resounding success!
The Kenneth More Theatre once
again played host to the main performances of the week, and as
always, there was a special Dance Festival Tea Dance and free Dance
Taster sessions for young people in the run up to the main events
of the week.
