The Housing Strategy team provides support
through the development of appropriate policies and monitoring to
ensure the fulfilment of stated objectives through developing a
Housing Strategy in conjunction with service users and providers
that link to projects and initiatives within our
sub-strategies:
Other areas of development are:
- Producing the Housing Business and Training Plans
- Managing the co-ordination of service
quality, application of information technology, monitoring and
policy development
- Promoting performance management through
quality accreditation e.g. Investors In People, Charter Mark
- Ensuring that services are developed to meet
changing demands through research, joint working and partnership
projects
- Co-ordinating the production of Annual
Reports
- Co-ordinating major Housing Service
information and consultation events
- Supporting information management through
paper and electronic media
