From 6th  April 2008 Planning Applications must be made on Standard OneApps forms and in accordance with the new planning charges (6th April) link below.

We encourage you to submit your planning application online via the national Planning Portal.

Alternatively you can download the forms below and email us or return to us by post.

In all cases please make sure you have checked:

If you do not send all the information explained in these documents your application may be deemed invalid.

All applications will require the following

  • Application Forms and Plans
  • Fees - Scale of Fees from 6th April 2008
  • Design and Access Statement (including Sustainability Statement)
  • Planning Policy and Planning Obligations Statement
  • Building Control Contact Form 

Some applications will require other supporting information. This is explained in "Validation Checklist Local List of Requirements" above.

Location Plans are now available online through CentreMaps (external link).  Scales available include 1:200, 1:500, 1:1250 and 1:2500.
