Since 1 July 2005, there have been three regional planning
committees to cover the 21 wards in Redbridge. The
committees determine residential planning applications and are
set up as follows:
-
Regional Planning Committee
South (Chadwell, Clementswood, Cranbrook,
Goodmayes, Loxford, Mayfield, Newbury Park, Seven Kings and
Valentines Wards).
-
Regional Planning Committee West (Bridge, Church End, Monkhams,
Roding, Snaresbrook and Wanstead Wards).
-
Regional Planning Committee North (Aldborough, Barkingside,
Clayhall, Fairlop, Fullwell and Hainault Wards).
- The Regulatory Committee makes
decisions on large scale and major developments within Redbridge.
Meetings are held once a month in Redbridge Town Hall.
