*Please note: the first day of spring break, Friday 2 April
2010, is Good Friday bank holiday.
- There are 195 days included in the above term dates. Four
of the five non-contact days for in-service training and
school related activities, when pupils will not be in school, are
to be selected by governing bodies from within the term dates. One
extra day will need to set outside of these dates.
- School INSET days should be agreed and Children's Services and
parents informed as soon as possible after the governing body
meeting in the autumn term.
- The above dates are subject to change if imposed by statutory
legislation.
We have adopted the school holiday dates given by
ALG (Association of London Governors).
We have no control over the Religious or Foundation schools
(these schools choose their own holiday dates). If you are
unhappy, contact the school your child is attending.
The local authority has asked schools to adopt a policy of zero
tolerance for leave of absence taken during term time without the
permission of the Headteacher.
