About the School

At Glade Primary School we aim to set and realise the highest standards of teaching, learning, achievement and behaviour.

Glade Primary is a London Borough of Redbridge school for girls and boys from the age of 3 - 11.  Glade is a two-form entry school, with its own purpose built nursery.  Currently there are 389 children.

Although the total intake of children is increasing the class sizes are decreasing to below 30.  To accommodate our increase in numbers we require two new classrooms to be built.

Glade is very fortunate to be set within very pleasant surroundings including fields, a woodland area, a nature garden and pond, three playgrounds and three soft play areas.

At Glade we foster a strong sense of community, valuing all cultures, faiths and languages.

We hold strong the principle of partnership between the pupils, the parents, the committed teaching staff and the Governing Body, all working together in pursuit of the development of the children academically, socially, morally and creatively.
