There are 17 secondary schools in Redbridge:

  • nine community comprehensive schools
  • two community grammar schools
  • four denominational comprehensive schools
  • two Foundation comprehensive schools 

All our secondary schools offer students the opportunity to further their education in the Sixth Form (year 12 and 13).

Primary schools

Redbridge has 52 primary schools. There is a mix of infant, junior and all-through primary schools. Our primary schools are large in comparison with primary schools nationally.  There are nine faith schools:

  • One Anglican
  • Six Roman Catholic
  • Two Jewish
