The Publication Scheme lists the categories of information that
the Council currently makes available to the public. A
category is a subject heading and definition describing a type of
information with similar characteristics, for example:
- Pension information Information prepared by
the Council for members of the public about the local government
pension scheme, including details of Redbridge's policy decisions
made under the regulations.
Each category has been developed after considering what
information the Council makes available, and what information it
may be useful for the public to have access to. Some
information in certain categories may be subject to exemptions
under the Act. Where this is the case, the category will
indicate the types of information that will and will not be made
available.
A category does not contain a full list of the publications
that fall within the heading and definition. Further
information about specific publications that fall within each class
may be obtained by contacting the publications manager.
