We
want to make it as easy as possible for residents to access and use
Council services. We’ve launched Redbridge i, an innovative website to help
make it much easier and convenient for people to do business with
the Council. You can use Redbridge i
to:
- Find out about all Council services;
- Report a problem, such as flytipping (and follow how it’s being
resolved);
- Find the nearest local service, such as pharmacies and
schools;
- Make a payment;
- Contact your Councillor;
- Discuss issues with other residents in the Forums.
You can personalise Redbridge i to create your own home page and
ensure you have the relevant information you need, when you need
it.
Many people still prefer to contact the
Council in person or by phone so we have improved the services
available from the One-Stop Shop
and Contact Centre, for example
making next day appointments with Pest
Control.
A Redbridge
Life Readers' Panel was set up to suggest ideas to improve the
paper, such as Readers' letters and articles and we plan to
introduce a young people’s page.
