When you want to book one of our halls:
- We initially make a provisional booking which we hold for two
weeks while you view your chosen hall and receive your booking
forms.
- You need to return your booking form with
your deposit within these two weeks, otherwise your
provisional booking will lapse.
- We will send you a confirmation letter and
an invoice.
- This will set out the details of the hire charges and when you
should pay us the balance owed.
- One month before your booking we ask you to contact the
hallkeeping staff to discuss and agree your layout plan.
- Your refundable retainer will be returned to you
within 14 working days after your booking provided there are
no issues of concern.
If you make a booking within less than two
months of the hire date, special arrangements apply and
the Halls Lettings staff will run through these with you.
