The Business and Exhibition Centre is sited on the corner of Ley Street and Perth Road in Ilford – a central location well served by local buses, a few minutes drive from the Town Centre and a 15 minute walk from Ilford Station. Widely used during weekdays for seminars and meetings, it also makes a superb setting for smaller social functions at weekends and in the evenings.

The centre comprises of two halls, a kitchen and a servery area. It is carpeted and has a small dance floor and provides a warm and friendly ambience. By prior arrangement, car parking can be provided in the evenings and at weekends in the Council car park next to the centre.
