Estate Management is responsible for the management of the
Council's Non Operational Land Portfolio, which includes:
- Land and property held for investment purposes (shops, offices,
industrial premises)
- The Council's Agricultural Estate, including land used for
gravel extraction management, acquisition and disposal of land for
the Council.
Estate Management also manages a variety of
contracts awarded to external contractors who provide the following
services:
- The provision of Right To Buy valuations
- The management of the Council's commercial and industrial
properties
- The management of the Council's Agricultural Estate
- The provision of valuations for Asset Value and Insurance
purposes
- The review of Rating Assessments of the Council occupied
properties
