No premises may be used to carry out beauty treatments such as massage, ear or body piercing, sun tanning room, etc. unless licensed by the Local Authority. A full list of treatments requiring a licence is available.

Licences are subject to strict regulations and Licensing Officers will inspect premises to carry out checks on compliance and the qualification of persons giving the treatment.
