In certain circumstances if you wish to keep and display non
domesticated animals, birds of prey etc you will require a zoo
licence. You must serve a notice of intention on the Council at
least 2 months before you wish to start.
The premises will be inspected by a vet from the Department of
Environment Food and Rural Affairs who may require work to be done
to bring the premises up to the required standard.
