The Council has agreed a partnership with Exor Management Services until 2010 to provide an accredited requisition purchasing database for all construction related contracts.

Companies wishing to be considered for inclusion within this database are invited to visit the Exor website  to see the potential categories of work and to register an expression of interest in working for the Borough.

Once you have registered you will be contacted by Exor who will explain the opportunities on offer. On your successful completion of the accreditation assessment. You will:

• Be highlighted as a fully accredited supplier of services at a local/regional level
• Once accredited, enjoy a simplified bidding process
• Ensure your company receives notice of tenders
• Be seen by other Councils in the region
• Have access to the Exor database through your own Portal

Opportunities for local construction companies

The Council has expanded its accredited purchasing database for construction related contracts to give increased opportunities for local companies to obtain Council contracts.

The Council will, until 2010, use the services of Exor Management Services to compile and maintain our accredited requisition purchasing database. With the support of other local Councils we have asked Exor to adjust their fees for accreditation to reflect the value of the contracts we offer. This is to help attract our smaller companies to apply to join our database in order to work for the Authority.
