Much of the land and property in the borough is owned by private individuals and companies, rather than the Council. The non-residential property we do own is managed by Property Services, which provides Estates Management, Facilities Management, Construction Design Services and Building Design Services for the Council.

Council Owned Commercial Properties

From time to time we have council-owned commercial property available to let. This includes shops, offices and industrial units at Broadmead Industrial Centre. Details of commercial properties currently available for letting are regularly placed on this site.  We work closely with our estate management agents: Spencer Craig Partnership Ltd  who manage our retail, industrial and miscellaneous properties and Smiths Gore who manage our agricultural properties.
